The Cadillac OPTIQ: PPF
Here is how we handle paint protection film for the Cadillac OPTIQ: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a full-size SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
How to request it
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Ask anything about the work in the request.
A rental meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
What to bring
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
When the car is ready
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Pricing, plainly
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Send a request
A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
