Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
PPF: the 1985 Chevrolet C5
This page covers paint protection film for the 1985 Chevrolet C5, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
Your C5, up close
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Booking the work
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Keep your week on track
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
On the day
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Looking after it afterwards
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Film is washed like paint; avoid aiming a pressure washer at its edges.
When the car is ready
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
What goes into a quote
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Still deciding?
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
