Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your Vision
CarmaCars takes requests for paint protection film on the 1991 Chrysler Vision, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
Your Vision, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
What happens after you ask
Ask anything about the work in the request. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Keep driving meanwhile
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
What to bring
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
How long you are without it
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule.
How the price is set
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
One more step
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
Request ppf
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
