PPF: your Journey
PPF for your 2018 Dodge Journey? Start with a request; a person replies with a price and a time. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
Size and finish
As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
From request to appointment
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Keep your week on track
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
A few things first
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Planning around the work
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
What affects the price
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
