What your car means for the work
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. An electric car needs care around its charging port and sensors. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
From request to appointment
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Ask anything about the work in the request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Driving while yours is in
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Getting the car ready
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
What goes into a quote
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We price the job before we start, never after. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
How long it takes
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
