Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Your AT8513 and paint protection film
PPF for the 1986 Ford AT8513: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
The car itself
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Booking a time
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
A rental meanwhile
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Getting the car ready
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Timing
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
What affects the price
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
Keeping it that way
Film is washed like paint; avoid aiming a pressure washer at its edges. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
