PPF: your E-450
Here is how we handle paint protection film for the 2003 Ford E-450: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
About your E-450
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Getting a quote
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Keep your week on track
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
How long you are without it
Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
Looking after it afterwards
Film is washed like paint; avoid aiming a pressure washer at its edges. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
What goes into a quote
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We price the job before we start, never after. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Before you drop the car off
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
