The 2007 Ford F-550: PPF
Book paint protection film for the 2007 Ford F-550, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
Size and finish
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
From request to appointment
You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
A rental meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the work. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
After the work
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
What to bring
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
What affects the price
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Timing
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule.
Your move
Start with photos and a short description.
