PPF: the 1997 Ford F-700
This page covers paint protection film for the 1997 Ford F-700, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
About your F-700
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Booking the work
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Driving while yours is in
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
What affects the price
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Looking after it afterwards
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
