The 1985 Ford F8000: PPF
Here is how we handle paint protection film for the 1985 Ford F8000: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
Your request
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
A rental meanwhile
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Why prices differ
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. We price the job before we start, never after. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
How long you are without it
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Before you drop the car off
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
