Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Your 1986 Ford FT800: the work
This page covers paint protection film for the 1986 Ford FT800, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
What to send us
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Timing
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
After the work
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Film is washed like paint; avoid aiming a pressure washer at its edges.
Pricing, plainly
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. We price the job before we start, never after. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Your move
Book the work and a rental in one request.
