Your LT9522 and paint protection film
Your 1981 Ford LT9522 and paint protection film: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
Your LT9522, up close
As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
From request to appointment
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
A car while yours is in
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
How the price is set
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Getting the car ready
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
When the car is ready
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Get an offer
When you are ready, a short request books the work.
Request ppf
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
