What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Pricing, plainly
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Timing
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
