Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your DK
Searching for PPF for the 1988 GMC DK? Here is how CarmaCars handles it. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
About your DK
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Your request
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Keep your week on track
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Film is washed like paint; avoid aiming a pressure washer at its edges.
Getting the car ready
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
How the price is set
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
How long you are without it
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
Next step
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
