Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your DK
This page covers paint protection film for the 1992 GMC DK, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What happens after you ask
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
A rental meanwhile
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
A few things first
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Aftercare
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Why prices differ
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
How long you are without it
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
