Your 2020 Kia Optima: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for paint protection film on the 2020 Kia Optima, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
About your Optima
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
From request to appointment
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Stay on the road
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Add a rental to the same request as the work. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
A few things first
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
How long it takes
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
What affects the price
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Keeping it that way
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
