Booking the work for the MKZ
The 2016 Lincoln MKZ needs paint protection film? Send photos and when it suits you. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
The request
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Stay on the road
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
What goes into a quote
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We price the job before we start, never after.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
How long you are without it
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
After the work
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
