Booking the work for the iQ
This page covers paint protection film for the 2015 Scion iQ, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
About your iQ
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
From request to appointment
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We reply within one business day with a time and a price.
Stay on the road
Add a rental to the same request as the work. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
When the car is ready
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Before you drop the car off
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Over to you
A short request is all it takes to get a price for your car.
