The 1988 Volvo FE: PPF
The 1988 Volvo FE needs paint protection film? Send photos and when it suits you. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
About your FE
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
What to send us
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Keep driving meanwhile
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Aftercare
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
What affects the price
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
On the day
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
How long it takes
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
