Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
The work on your VHD
For the 2006 Volvo VHD, paint protection film starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
The request
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Planning around the work
Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
What goes into a quote
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
