Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Booking the work for the VHD
This page covers paint protection film for the 2009 Volvo VHD, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint protection film is a clear layer on the parts of the car that take stone chips, like the hood and bumper.
What your car means for the work
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces.
How to request it
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
A rental meanwhile
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
What to bring
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Keeping it that way
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Planning around the work
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
Why prices differ
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
