Rent a car: the 2019 Audi A4 Progressiv

If you need a rental car, the 2019 Audi A4 Progressiv is one option; this page explains the car and how booking works. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price.

The A4 and Simplot

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Simplot. Simplot is about 2,985 km from our Toronto location, beyond the area we deliver to.

Places around Simplot include Weitz, Enrose and Caldwell.

Specs, explained

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo, driving through a 7-speed automatic. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

Rated at 7.8 L/100 km combined, it needs around 23 litres for a 300 km round trip. A weekend of 300 km comes to about $40.95 at our price setting.

What to expect from the A4

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. At 368 litres, the trunk fits about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Best uses

It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car. It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends.

Renting this car

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Who qualifies

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

How it works

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
