Booking in plain terms

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We confirm the details and send an offer. It lists the rental, any delivery and any add-ons. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Rules for renters

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
