Rent a car with this car

Rent a car: the 2021 Tesla Model 3 Performance. Here is the car in plain words, and how renting one from CarmaCars works. You choose the car; a person confirms it and sends the price. Every car has its own page with its rates and calendar.

Java and the Model 3

We rent from Toronto only. If your trip to Java starts in the Toronto area, rent the car here. CarmaCars is based in Toronto, about 1,474 km from Java, and does not deliver there.

Nearby places include New Hope, Roeton and Frisco.

What the figures tell you

Its powertrain is the electric motor with all-wheel drive. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

Its rating is 18.6 kWh/100 km: about 56 kWh for 300 km. On paper it goes 507 km between charges, less in winter. At our price setting, driving 100 km costs about $2.79, and a 300 km weekend about $8.37.

Who the Model 3 suits

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Inside and out

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. For luggage, 425 litres means a family's bags for a long weekend.

Getting this car from us

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer.

Rules for renters

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

Request, offer, keys

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
