Renting: the basics

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Booking in plain terms

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
