Rules for renters

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Request, offer, keys

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.
