From your dates to the handover

You request the car online with your dates, and you pay nothing to send it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. You pay when you approve, and only then.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.

What we ask of drivers

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

If you have no auto policy and no card benefit, the CarmaCars Protection Plan is the third option, priced in your offer. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
