What the figures tell you

It is powered by the electric motor, with all-wheel drive. Being electric, it is quiet and quick from a stop, and it charges at home, at work or at public chargers. With all-wheel drive, it pulls away more surely on slippery roads, though it does not stop any shorter.

At 18.6 kWh/100 km, a 300 km day uses roughly 56 kWh. Its rated range is 507 km on a full charge; real range drops in cold weather and at highway speeds. The electricity for 100 km comes to about $2.79 at our price setting.

The Model 3 in everyday use

As a mid-size car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. Luggage space is rated at 425 litres: a family's bags for a long weekend.

In our fleet

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer.

How to book

Send the request with your dates first; no money changes hands at that stage. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What to bring

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
