Looking after it afterwards
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
On the day
Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
