Rust repair: your Carnival

For rust repair on the 2023 Kia Carnival EX, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Rust is cut out or treated, then the area is refinished.

What your car means for the work

Its grey paint is part of the quote: darker colours show swirls and scratches more readily. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. NHTSA lists 4 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.

Getting a quote

Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.

Timing

Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

How the price is set

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

Aftercare

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.

What to bring

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
