About your Carnival

We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a minivan, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. There are 2 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.

How to request it

Ask anything about the work in the request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. You can add a rental to the same request.

A rental while we work

Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.

How long you are without it

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.

What goes into a quote

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

What to bring

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Aftercare

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

Next step

Start with photos and a short description.
