Your Kia Optima: the work
Your Kia Optima needs rust repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Rust is cut out or treated, then the area is refinished.
About your Optima
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
From request to appointment
You can add a rental to the same request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Driving while yours is in
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
When the car is ready
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
After the work
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
What to bring
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Pricing, plainly
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Talk to a person
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
