About your CT
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Premium cars often have more trim and sensors to work around; mention any options in your request. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
How to request it
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
A rental meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Planning around the work
A clear timeline comes with every quote. Parts on order can add days to a repair; we tell you when that happens.
Aftercare
New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
How the price is set
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
On the day
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.

Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
