Your Pontiac: the work
Rust repair for the Pontiac: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. Rust is cut out or treated, then the area is refinished.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Getting a price
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Stay on the road
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Planning around the work
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
Aftercare
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
Why prices differ
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
