The work on your tC
CarmaCars takes requests for rust repair on the Scion tC, and rents you a car while yours is in. Rust is cut out or treated, then the area is refinished.
Your tC, up close
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a compact car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Booking a time
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Need a car meanwhile?
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
When the car is ready
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
What affects the price
Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Getting the car ready
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
