You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.
A car meanwhile
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. We collect the rental when your car is back. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Between shop visits
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
A short checklist
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
