Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.

We keep you posted until the car is booked in. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Small things that help
Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
