Safety certificate for the Kandi: CarmaCars does not do this work itself. Request it and we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one, and we can deliver a rental car to you while yours is in.
A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

Safety certificate for the Kandi
For a safety certificate on the Kandi, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. Only a licensed inspection station can issue a Safety Standards Certificate in Ontario.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
Our part and the shop's part
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
Keep moving meanwhile
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
A short checklist
Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Car care, briefly
Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
Still deciding?
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request safety certificate
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
