Arranging the work for the MPV

Your MPV and the shop
If you have the service history of your MPV, have it ready for the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.

If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Before the shop starts
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Small things that help
Check that all lights work every few weeks. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
