Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
What we arrange
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
A car meanwhile
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Between shop visits
Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
A short checklist
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
