About your Concorde
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a large sedan, it is a straightforward size for this work. There are 1 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.
Getting a quote
You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Driving while yours is in
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Delivery starts at $75 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Planning around the work
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
How the price is set
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
Keeping it that way
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
A few things first
Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Let us know
Book the work with a short request, and add a rental if you need one.
