Scratch repair: your Avenger
Here is how we handle scratch repair for the 2011 Dodge Avenger: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
About your Avenger
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. It measures 4.89 m long by 1.85 m wide. Check the size of a tight parking spot. There are 3 NHTSA recall campaigns on file for it; a dealer can check by the VIN.
What to send us
Ask anything about the work in the request. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
A rental meanwhile
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
What affects the price
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
When the car is ready
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Keeping it that way
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax.
Getting the car ready
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
