Your Kia: the work
Your Kia needs scratch repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Light scratches can be polished out; deeper ones are filled and repainted.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
Your request
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request. Ask anything about the work in the request.
A rental meanwhile
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Timing
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Pricing, plainly
Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
On the day
Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
After the work
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
