What to bring

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.

What goes into a quote

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Aftercare

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

How long you are without it

We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
