Before pickup

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

How a booking comes together

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.
