A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

Arranging the work for the Q5 e
Tire change for the Audi Q5 e: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Storing your off-season tires is often something the shop can arrange.
Your car, your notes
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop the tire size printed on the sidewall; it differs by trim.
From request to repair
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Between shop visits
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Getting a clear quote
If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Your move
Need the work and a rental? One request covers both.
Request tire change
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
