Tire change: how we help
For tire work on the BYD, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and never does the work itself. Tires are swapped, balanced and checked for wear, and the shop sets its own price and time.
Your car, your notes
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Tell the shop the tire size printed on the sidewall; it differs by trim.
What to send us
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
A car meanwhile
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Good habits for your car
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
Questions to ask the shop
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Still deciding?
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request tire change
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
