Tire change: how we help
For tire work on your Fiat, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Tread depth matters for grip in rain and snow; the shop measures it.
Your car, your notes
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts.
From request to repair
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
A rental while you wait
We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Between shop visits
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Ready when you are
Start with a short request; a person replies within one business day.
