How the request works

Driving while yours is at the shop
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Between shop visits
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
What to ask
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
