Tire change: how we help

Your 2021 Nissan Altima Platinum needs tire work? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. Tread depth matters for grip in rain and snow; the shop measures it.

Details the shop needs

The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Tell the shop the year, the trim and the engine: the 2.5L 4-cylinder. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The 2.5L 4-cylinder does the work, through an automatic (CVT).

How we help

Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.

What to ask

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.

Small things that help

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
